Steel Tubes India manufactures flange (pipe fittings) of the types weld neck, socket weld, threaded, blind, slip on, lap joint and reducing type to ANSI B 16.5 from 1/2" to 24" and classes 150 to 2500 ( complete range ) .

Steel Tubes India manufactures flanges accordance with MSS standard from 12" to 60" and classes 150 to 900 lbs.

Applications :-

Steel Tubes India manufactures blind flange, used to stop one end of the flanged pipe, a valve orifice or the opening of a pressure vessel.

TiTaNs' slipon flanges are used in quick assemblies and are also used in less strict requirements in terms of length of pipe section.

Socket welding flange work as substitute for slip-on-flanges in the cases where the diameter of the tube is very small and working pressure is very high.These socket welding flanges are recommended for orifice flanges.

Steel Tubes India manufacture lap joint flange, primarily used when quick assembly and disassembly of pipe line section is required under limited working pressure.

Threaded flanges are used in special requirements to work under high temperature and pressure, making sure no welding joint is made at the assembly.

Weld neck flanges are used on heat coupling of pipes when there is possibility of expansion of the section while bending stress on the coupling.
